The mission of the AuSable Artisan Village is to
initiate and support art and cultural activities that
enrich lives, stimulate creativity, vitalize the
community and serve as a catalyst for artistic
excellence throughout the AuSable/Manistee
watershed region.
The AuSable Artisan Village prestents a very unique Art Gallery right in Downtown Grayling. Many of the artists whose works are exhibited in the AuSable Artisan Village Art Center Gallery have received an award in a juried fine art show, Several have been accepted in highly competitive international shows and some have won national recognition.
We continue to review portfolios to ensure our clients that when they purchase fine art from the AuSable Artisan Village Art Center they can add to their collection with confidence in the quality and value of their selection.
In addition to the fine art offered in the gallery, the AuSable Artisan Village Art Center also provides educational opportunities for the community. A variety of art classes are offered during the year.

Grayling En Plein Air Garden and Art Walk This Summer
Beyond the Garden Wall Garden Club and the AuSable Artisan Village have teamed up this year and are excited to present their 2012 Grayling En Plein Air Garden and Art Walk on Saturday July 14, 2012 from 10AM to 4 PM. For more information click here.
Location and Spring/Summer Hours of Operation
The AuSable Artisan Village Art Center is open 7 days a week , Monday to Saturday 11 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 11 to 3. The AuSable Artisan Village Art Center is located in downtown Grayling at 219 Michigan Avenue. It is only one of the art galleries and shops that feature original artwork in downtown Grayling. Grayling is the crossroads of Northern Michigan with an average traffic count of 15,000 vehicles per day passing our front door. At the convergence of I-75, US 27 and M-72 Grayling is the gateway to fine travel destinations around Grand Traverse Bay, Torch Lake, Elk Lake and is home to both the Mainstee and AuSable Rivers.
